We proudly offer 98 well-maintained one-bedroom apartments
& 2 two-bedroom apartments, all featuring:

• Updated bathrooms with hi-rise toilets

• On-site laundry facilities

• Full-time management and maintenance staff

• Wheelchair-accessible elevator serving all three floors

Apartment Options & Income Eligibility

• Small efficiency units (360 sq. ft.) – limited to one occupant due to fire code

• Larger one-bedroom units (425 sq. ft.) – suitable for up to two occupants

• Income limits:

• $52,950 for one person

• $60,500 for two people

• Rent is based on a percentage of your income

• All utilities included plus free garbage pickup

• Optional 42-channel DirecTV package for just $20/month. You are responsible for cable TV if you do not opt into our DirectTV package.

• Tenants are responsible for telephone and internet.

Community Features

• Located on the city bus route – service available Monday through Saturday, with a stop right at our front door

• Community room where tenants gather for games, socializing, and activities

• A friendly, welcoming environment with a focus on safety and community

Office Hours & Tours

Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and closed for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
